Alba Lactancia Materna is a non-profit organisation that seeks to provide information and support to new mothers engaging in breastfeeding. Pregnant women, mothers, fathers, are all invited to come share their experiences. Attendance and services are free.

If you are an active person, this is the club for you. The club is made up of an international group of women who live in and around Barcelona. They meet for coffee mornings, evening drinks, go on a cultural trips and catch movies on a regular basis. The last Friday of each month is also a chance for you to practice your Spanish. It is a great opportunity for mums to meet and also for children to have fun in sing-along time and other activities. The Business lunch is a social networking group for English speaking business professionals in Barcelona. Once a month the group organises a special luncheon where members can meet and greet and share ideas.
