Self-censorship is out of the question, says Russia’s ‘Novaya Gazeta’

In its 2010 press freedom index, Reporters Without Borders ranked Russia higher than in previous years. It’s a decision that has surprised independent Russian newspaper ‘Novaya Gazeta.’
