South Africa explains expulsion of Rwandan diplomats

South Africa’s recent decision to expel four Rwandan diplomats and one from Burundi had been taken unemotionally, based on evidence of criminality and guided by the country’s Constitution and international laws of conduct, International Relations Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane said on Tuesday.
