Russia, Kazakhstan to have interim judicial body within Customs Union

Russia and Kazakhstan have agreed to set up an interim judicial body as part of the Customs Union, with its headquarters in Astana. The announcement was made after the talks in Saint Petersburg on Friday. Earlier, Russia and Kazakhstan approved a Customs Code to take effect on 1 July. Belarus is expected to join.
