UK partly closes airspace over Scotland

The British aviation authorities have partly closed airspace over Scotland due to increased concentrations of volcanic ash from Iceland. Airspace over the neighbouring Ireland Tuesday will be closed fully for no less than six hours for the same reason. But transatlantic flights will proceed nonstop according to schedule.
