Russian Coast Guards In Abkhazia Guarantee Order and Calm

Soon Russia will double the number of patrol ships, which are on guard off the Abkhazian coast. Russian coast guards started defending the territorial waters of the young republic last December. Both Abkhazia and Georgia, which is on the other side of the border, have reconciled themselves to the fact that Russian warships are patrolling the Black Sea.
