Putin’s Approval Rating Slumps to 61%

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s approval rating slumped this month to 61 percent, the lowest level of his two-year premiership, a poll showed. The approval rating for President Dmitry Medvedev fell to 53 percent, the lowest level since April 2009.
