Man opens fire at ruling party youth camp

A man wearing a policeman’s uniform opened fire at a youth meeting of the ruling Labour Party in Utoeya, an island near Oslo, Norway’s state television reported. Earlier on Friday, a bomb attack targeted government buildings in downtown Oslo.
