Swiss women claim first ever majority in cabinet

With the voting in of Social Democrat lawmaker Simonetta Sommaruga photo into the cabinet, Switzerland’s parliament on Wednesday gave women a majority of cabinet posts for the first time in its history, in a vote hailed as a triumph for women.
