United Kingdom Quake toll nears 600 as rescue efforts wind down

The death toll from a devastating 7.2-magnitude earthquake in eastern Turkey rose to 596 on Sunday as officials announced the end of rescue efforts. Some 231 people were pulled alive from the rubble.
