Long-awaited inquest opens into 7/7 London bombings

Five years after terrorists struck Londons public transport, killing 52, an inquest into the July 7 bombings heard that the attacks may have been planned for the day before, as Londoners celebrated their nomination to host the 2012 Olympics.
