United Kingdom Karzai and NATO discuss Afghan exit at Lisbon summit

NATO has pledged to hand over security in Afghanistan to Afghan forces by the end of 2014 and to stand by the country in its fight against the Taliban at a summit in Lisbon attended by Afghan President Hamid Karzai.
