Italy’s Monti blames Germany, France for eurozone crisis

Italian Prime Minister heaped blame on Germany and France Wednesday for the eurozone debt crisis, saying the two countries had set a poor example early in the economic blocs existence by flouting fiscal rules and exceeding deficit limits.
