Greece faces bankruptcy in case of ‘No’ vote: Juncker

Greece risks bankruptcy should the country deliver a ‘No’ vote in a referendum on a eurozone debt rescue package, called without informing its EU partners, Luxembourg premier and eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker said Tuesday.

“I cannot exclude” bankruptcy, Juncker said in an interview on RTL radio.

“It will depend on the manner in which the question will be exactly formulated and on what the Greeks exactly vote on,” he said.

“The Greek prime minister made his decision without informing his European colleagues,” he added.
