United Kingdom EU leaders call for ‘orderly transition’ from Mubarak regime

In a joint statement issued on Friday, European Union leaders urged Egypt to pursue an "orderly transition" to a new, democratic government, saying the change should begin "now". The EU also condemned violence against anti-government protesters.
