EU finance ministers agree multi-billion-euro bailout fund for crisis-hit members

The EU has agreed a bailout fund for crisis-hit eurozone nations that could total 720 billion in a move the EU commissioner for economic and monetary affairs, Olli Rehn pictured, said "proves that we shall defend the euro whatever it takes".
