German flights cancelled, some airports closed by volcanic ash

The arrival of a new ash cloud from Iceland's Eyjafjoell volcano has hit German airspace hard, grounding flights around the southern city of Munich since 13:00 GMT Sunday and causing a small wave of air-traffic disruptions across Europe.
