Crusading Spanish judge ‘overstepped’ authority in Civil War case

Spanish judge Baltasar Garzon pictured, who had ordered an investigation into mass killings of Republicans during the Spanish Civil War, was suspended Friday ahead of his own trial in which he is charged of overstepping his legal authority.
