The daily adds that CRIM has called on member states to apply the EU’s directive on human trafficking, and demanded that the European Commission implement its strategy for the eradication of trafficking in human beings.

CRIM’s findings are to be evaluated by MEPs at a plenary session of the European parliament on October 23.
