Russia’s Bolshoi Theatre to re-open after six-year overhaul

Russia’s Bolshoi Theatre, originally erected in the 1820s, re-opens Friday after a six-year, 800 million overhaul. The new building is to be presented at an invitation-only gala featuring some of Russia’s top opera and ballet performers.
