United Kingdom Vatican recalls Ireland envoy after child abuse report

The Vatican said Monday it will recall its envoy to Ireland after the publication of a damning report on the Catholic Church's handling of sex abuse by priests. The Irish government has expressed outrage over the Churchs culture of "dysfunction".
