United Kingdom Turkey to sign oil, gas deal with Shell

Turkeys energy minister said Wednesday his country is hoping to sign a deal with Shell next week for oil and gas exploration. The move comes after the Cypriot government struck a deal with US energy firm Noble for gas exploration off Cyprus.
