SKA host decision ‘to be negotiated’

South Africa will have to wait to see whether its bid to host the 1.5-billion Square Kilometre Array SKA has succeeded, as the 4 April meeting of the SKA Organisation member countries is unlikely to make a final choice, but rather to begin a process of negotiation over the SKA’s location.
