Incentives are to be offered to graded hotels across South Africa to redesign for universal accessibility and energy efficiency, Tourism Minister Derek Hanekom said at the opening of the innovative Park Inn Hotel in Cape Town. The pilot programme will be launched early in 2015, and will extend to other tourism offerings.
