Regretting his tax avoidance and his failure to cooperate earlier, businessman Dave King entered a settlement agreement on Thursday that will see him paying over R700-million to the South African Revenue Service, as well as a R3.2-million fine and R8.75-million towards the Criminal Asset Recovery Fund.
