Radical transformation is necessary: Zuma

In a response to a two-day debate on his State of the Nation address, President Jacob Zuma said
industrialisation, boosting agriculture and manufacturing, as well as adding value to the country’s
mineral wealth, would help open up economic participation to all who live in South Africa.
