South African hotel and casino operator Tsogo Sun is to invest R220-million in Durban's famed "Golden Mile" through refurbishing and combining its Southern Sun Elangeni and Southern Sun North Beach hotels into one complex, the Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani.
