United Kingdom Pan-African passport launched at AU Summit

A pan-African passport will allow Africans to move freely across African borders. The passport, to be available to heads of state and diplomats first, was launched yesterday. It was among a raft of issues discussed at the 27th African Union Summit in Rwanda.
