Luksic approved as Montenegro’s new prime minister

Montenegro’s parliament on Wednesday approved Igor Luksic to serve as prime minister. Luksic takes over from the Balkans’ longest-serving leader, Milo Djukanovic, who resigned last week after more than 20 years on the country’s political scene.
