Local govt elections ‘went well’: IEC

Despite a few operational glitches, the country’s fourth local government elections “went well”, said Independent Electoral Commission Chief Electoral Officer Pansy Tlakula, adding that the IEC was confident it would reach its target of a 40% voter turnout.
