E Cape farmers in ‘green’ dairy venture

A group of Eastern Cape diary farmers are building a dairy facility, which once completed will have the smallest carbon footprint of any dairy in the southern hemisphere, and be able to process milk faster, using fewer resources and at a lower cost.
