G20 pathologist Dr Freddy Patel guilty of blunders in other post-mortems

Two children who died in suspicious circumstances received flawed post mortem
examinations from the pathologist at the centre of the row over the death of
Ian Tomlinson, a disciplinary panel ruled yesterday.
