MEPs visiting Spain, Portugal to assess impact of debt crisis

The European Parliament’s Special Committee on the Financial, Economic and Social Crisis is visiting Lisbon and Madrid on January 11 to 13 2011 to assess the impact of the debt crisis and debate possible ways out with national politicians, economic stakeholders, industry and social partners, the European Parliament said in a statement.
