Hugh Grant to testify as phone-hacking inquiry opens

Britain’s phone-hacking inquiry opened Monday with the parents of murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler and Hollywood star Hugh Grant among the first to testify. Sally Dowler said she thought Milly was alive after her phone messages were deleted.
