TAAG B772 at Lisbon on Dec 6th 2010, engine vibrations, dropped parts

Portugal’s Gabinete de Prevencao e Investigacao de Acidentes com Aeronaves released their preliminary report reporting that the aircraft was climbing out of Lisbon’s runway 21 and was approaching 5000 feet when the right hand engine showed a decrease in N1 together with an increase in EGT, a high engine vibration indication and airframe vibrations.
