Donors’ conference seeks millions for new Chernobyl structure

Officials from 50 countries are to meet in Kiev in a bid to raise 740 million euros to replace the crumbling concrete cover of the plant, still dangerously radioactive as the 25th anniversary of the devastating blast approaches.
