United Kingdom Court orders new psychiatric report on Oslo shooter

A court in Oslo on Friday ordered a new psychiatric assessment of Anders Behring Breivik, who has confessed to killing 77 people in a July bomb attack and subsequent shooting spree. An earlier report found Breivik to be criminally insane.
