CORRECTED: Portuguese economy shrinks official 0.4% in third quarter

The Portuguese economy shrank by 0.4 percent in the third quarter, after contracting 0.1 percent in the second quarter, initial official data showed on Monday.

Output in the third quarter, on a 12-month comparison, fell by 1.7 percent, the national statistics institute Ine said.
