Olhão demo on Thursday at 10:00 am for Armona Brits facing demolition of ‘dream home’
The British couple battling to rescue their Armona island home from demolition by Portugal’s Environment Agency, have come out fighting, with an international press coverage campaign and a Thursday, August 17th demonstration in front of Olhão council’s front door from 10:00am.
All are welcome.
James Tod and Paul Roseby, whose half-built luxury home has been deemed to be illegally sited and must be removed, are putting pressure on Environment Minister, João Matos Fernandes, who “can solve the problem with a stroke of his pen” and on Olhão mayor Antonio Pina who has many difficult questions to answer, including: why did you grant planning permission illegally?
