Messines GNR oral sex case – blow-by-blow account

GNRMessinesBlowJobA member of the GNR. accused of forcing a cleaner to perform oral sex on him, said in Portimão court that he already had a consensual sexual relationship with the woman and that everything had happened behind closed doors, rather than at the reception desk where he was meant to be performing his duties.

The oral sex incident is alleged to have happened at the GNR post in São Bartolomeu de Messines, Silves, where Pedro Noel da Luz, a 32-year-old GNR soldier, was on duty.

The trial started yesterday in Portimão court where da Luz is accused of the sexual coercion of the cleaner to relieve him by forcing her to give him oral sex.

The incident goes back to July 16, 2015 and due to the sensitivity of the matter, the judges’ panel decided that the trial should take place behind closed doors but is being widely reported.

At the first day of the hearing, the accused denied sexual assault and stated in court that he anyway had a sexual relationship with the woman and everything that happened between them was consensual.

The woman claims that that she was forced to kneel in front of the GNR’s member and perform oral sex. Furthermore, she accuses the man of forcing her to masturbate him until he ejaculated onto the otherwise spotless floor of the GNR station.

Once this sexual act has been completed to his satisfaction, he returned to his work of serving customers at the front desk.

In a letter sent to the woman, the soldier said he hoped she would tell the truth and not proceed with a court action. He also promised to tell the truth at the trial.

The defendant denied the alleged crime “vehemently” and said it is “a fanciful version” of what actually happened.

Whatever did happen, the woman was off work for two months, claiming she could not face the shame and was unable to force herself to go back to work.

The woman no longer cleans up at the GNR station and has asked for compensation in the amount of €92,270.
