In a strongly worded open letter sent to the press on Thursday, the organisational members that make up the anti-oil association, PALP (Plataforma Algarve Livre De Petróleo), have demanded the resignation of the Minister for the Environment, Dr. João Pedro Matos Fernandes, and of the head of the Portuguese Environmental Agency, Nuno Lacasta.
