Renault to produce new Clio in Turkey

PARIS, May 25 (AFP) – French automaker Renault said Wednesday it will produce its new Clio III passenger car at its production site in Turkey, a move that will require a EUR 216 million (USD 272 million) investment at the plant.

Both the three-door and five-door models will be built in Bursa, Turkey, the second production site for the model outside Renault’s plant in Flins, France, the company said in a statement.
