The Modern Art Museum in Paris will reopen on June 10 for the first time since the theft of 120 million dollars worth of masterpieces by Picasso, Matisse and other major names, it said Friday.

The major tourist attraction near the Eiffel Tower was sealed off after the May 20 theft of five paintings by a lone suspect believed to have sheared off a gate padlock and broken a window to get into the gallery.

An exhibition highlighting young French artists will be featured when the museum reopens.
