Jewish boy attacked in Paris ice rink

PARIS, Jan 18 (AFP) – Four teenagers were taken into custody in France Sunday for calling a 15-year-old boy a “filthy Jew” and beating him at an ice-skating rink in a Paris suburb, officials said.

The attackers, of north African origin, reportedly yelled at the boy “we will fuck you up, filthy Jew,” before punching him in the face several times on Saturday, they said.

 Managers at the rink quickly intervened to stop the fight, which occurred as the boy was skating. He had to be taken to the hospital for stitches and was in shock.

Three boys – aged between 14 and 17 – were arrested, while a fourth turned himself into police on Sunday.
