Terrorism Alert: German Police Want Army to Help Protect Public

Germany is on high alert following last week’s terror warning. Now a police trade union has called for the army to be deployedto helpcope with the terrorist threat. The government is also reported to be planning a big revamp of intelligence agencies and security forces.
