BERLIN – The German government condemned Friday’s suicide bombing in the Moscow Metro and expressed condolences to those who lost loved ones.

Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer said he utterly condemned “this barbaric act”, further describing it as “inhuman”. Fischer is set to visit Moscow next week.
