20/06/11 - In the city of Mons, in Wallonia, the four-day festival La Ducasse or"Doudou"has come to an end. Mons Mayor Elio Di Rupo, the man charged with the task of forming a new coalition government, was one of the celebrities at the festival in his home town, which is part of UNESCO's World Heritage list.
