19/5/11 – Christine van Broeckhoven is one of two Flemish women who have been honoured by the Euopean Inventor of the Year Awards. Van Broeckhoven received the prize for her research into Alzheimer’s disease. The Flemish scientist was honoured at a ceremony in the Hungarian capital Budapest on Thursday.
