VIDEO – E40: works coming to an end

25/09/10 – The major works on the part of the E40 between Brussels and Leuven, are almost finished. Things have returned to normal for Brussels-bound traffic. The surfacing works started mid-June and caused huge tailbacks on the busy motorway.
