28/06/11 - In order to tackle the problem of overcrowded prisons, four new prisons will be built in Belgium in the coming years. Justice Minister Stefaan De Clerck and Finance Minister Didier Reynders signed the contracts today. Two of the four new prisons will be erected in erected. In the long term, 3 other new prisons are to follow.
